Cassava remains one of the most widely sought crop in Nigeria, despite low production, demand remain high locally with high export value. Starting a cassava farm is not that difficult and with a guarantee ROI as high as 110% in 6month if the right variety is planted.

1.   is renting a hectare at 25k for one year?
2. where can i get a cheap and fertile farm land in ogun state?
3. is there easy access to labour and farm inputs to rent?
4. how can i handle the supervision of the farm since am currently working.

* Yes the renting period is one year
* We can assist you to get land for lease at dat price in ogun state
* There is availability of tractor for ploughing and labour for planting
* You'll have to create time for supervision during weekend or assign someone to do it on your behalf.

Why is landlease so expensive in your area?
Land is leased at 5K/year at Owode-Idiroko with enough machineries,excellent road networks and very cheap.labour.

Why is landlease so expensive in your area?
Land is leased at 5K/year at Owode-Idiroko with enough machineries,excellent road networks and very cheap. labour.

Land costing is location dependent. Is the 5k for an hectare or acre?

well, this is a bit awkward, but we are el-exito farmers by company name. Office is at abeokuta.

We will get u a farmland as cheap as N5000 to N10,000 depending on the location. And our expert will manage the farm for u giving every details as work goes by.

1. Farm is under odeda local govt...we will take u there D discuss more wen u visit our office at kuto..  U can reach me thru email: slidewaxie@gmail.com or 07035593128

2. Land there are not for sale. But on agreement, documents will be signed and sealed at the Ogun state hight court at Isabo.

But if u need a land to buy, we can get u that too.

our company dnt sell land. But we have registered estate agents who sell farm lands which u can also obtain your c/o after purchase.
